Join me for "Flow: Unlocking Your Creative Genius," where we’ll use somatic practices and creative flow state exercises to help your nervous system feel safe, allowing creativity to naturally emerge from a place of inner alignment, presence, and connection.

This in-person class is designed for all creative expressions, whether you are an artist, entrepreneur, or craftsman. Each person has a unique, inherent talent or creative spark that’s worth nurturing. Together, we will cultivate that genius so your creativity can flow freely.
