The Light of Renewal; Midwinter One-day Retreat

Join us on the longest night of the year as we awaken our souls, renew our spirits, and deepen our connection to ourselves, others, and the Divine light that illuminates even the darkest of places.

Throughout the day, we will provide opportunities for both group and personal contemplation. We will utilize the element of fire in our contemplative rituals and include a centering practice, walking meditation, mindful cooking, journaling, and an opportunity to express ourselves thru art. The day will culminate with a feast, with room for an impromptu musical jam.

This transformative experience will be led by Trauma-Informed Spiritual Care Practitioner Jana Holland and Artists Tim and Sarah Fields. Space is limited to 12 participants, so we encourage you to reserve your spot soon. Your $60 donation includes dinner.

Let us come together and kindle the fire of renewal within ourselves, so we may shine brightly and bring light to the world. Let go of what no longer serves you and embrace the light that shines within. We look forward to sharing this day of reflection and renewal with you.

What to bring: an open heart and mind. Watch the weather, and bring a rain jacket and warm clothing, as we will utilize outdoor space for part of our retreat. If you like, bring a journal, pen/pencil, and if you have, a musical instrument. You also may like to bring slippers for our indoor time.
