Feeling stuck or lacking confidence in your creative expression? Or maybe you are seeking deeper alignment to create with authenticity? Join me for a five-week journey where we will explore practices that tap your body’s wisdom and unlock your creative potential.
In "Flow: Unlocking Your Creative Genius," we’ll use somatic practices and creative flow state exercises to help your nervous system feel safe, allowing creativity to naturally emerge from a place of inner alignment, presence, and connection.
This class is designed for all creative expressions, whether you are an artist, entrepreneur, or craftsman. Each person has a unique, inherent talent or creative spark worth nurturing. Together, we will cultivate that genius so your creativity can flow freely.
