In "Flow: Unlocking Your Creative Genius," we’ll use somatic practices and creative flow state exercises to help your nervous system feel safe, allowing creativity to naturally emerge from a place of inner alignment, presence, and connection.

This class is designed for all creative expressions, whether you are an artist, entrepreneur, or craftsman. Each person has a unique, inherent talent or creative spark worth nurturing. Together, we will cultivate that genius so your creativity can flow freely.
