There are times when life asks more of us than we know how to carry. A loss. A faith that has come undone. A season that has ended before we were ready. You have thought it through and talked it over, and still something sits unsettled. Soul Care is a space to slow down and be met in it. Not to be fixed or advised, simply to be truly heard, and gently companioned toward steadier ground. What a session is like Unhurried, one-to-one time, online or in person. You bring whatever is present, and together we follow it with care. There is deep listening, room for your body and what it holds, and space for meaning, faith, and the questions underneath. Some sessions are quiet and reflective. Some make room for tears, or for a settling of the nervous system when your body needs it. There is nothing to perform. You come as you are. Little by little, the ground steadies. You feel clearer, softer, more at home in yourself. Your practitioner Trained in somatic trauma therapy and held within the professional and ethical framework of spiritual direction, Jana Holland has spent twenty years walking alongside people through grief, transition, spiritual questioning and the deeper passages of being human. Her approach is gentle, deeply attentive and grounded in both embodied practice and spiritual care. You don't need to arrive with the right words, a particular belief system, or a clear idea of what you need. You can begin exactly where you are. The details One-to-one sessions, $110 per 60 minutes. Available worldwide online, or in person in Byron Bay. Packages available on request. Payment is accepted once booked and prior to appointment. Payment methods include Pay-Pal, Venmo, and Bank Transfer. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICES: Soul care spans the spectrum of Spiritual Direction and Somatic Trauma Therapy; however, it is distinct from clinical and medical modalities, such as psychoanalysis, psychiatry, or allopathy. It does not treat mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association, nor is it intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
