O insight nos permite descer ao centro do coração, a consciência intuitiva de nosso ser espiritual, e ver a complexa interconexão de todas as coisas. O insight nutre a compaixão, que é o resultado de um sistema nervoso regulado. A compaixão é o recipiente que nos permite suportar o sofrimento de nós mesmos e dos outros com ternura e misericórdia. Compaixão e discernimento são elementos-chave no processo de formação integral. SOBRE O NOME:
O nome Celu é derivado do latim caelum, que significa céu ou totalidade.
Selāh é uma palavra hebraica mais encontrada nos Salmos. Sua etimologia e significado preciso são desconhecidos, embora várias interpretações sejam dadas. É mais frequentemente entendido com o significado de "pare e ouça".
